A former GP clinic transformed for veterinary care, with a new mezzanine creating more room within the existing tenancy.
Starting with the practice
The project began with a collaborative design process, working through the team’s requirements and budget together. Layout, movement through the clinic, materials and finishes were considered as part of the same brief.
Making more of the space
Cyclo stripped out the existing medical fitout and constructed a mezzanine, increasing the available floor area by approximately 70%. This brought the total space to around 250 square metres, making greater use of the tenancy.
Equipped for a different kind of care
New services were installed to support veterinary operations, including oxygen and gas scavenging systems. These technical requirements were integrated into the fitout alongside the spaces the team and their clients use each day.
