Cyclo Group have recently relocated to a new purpose built premises south of Sydney. The commercial fitout brief included inclusion of 8 individual offices, 2 meeting rooms and 4 hot desks. A generous showroom, kitchen / eating area and loggia are also featured in the plan.

Cyclo’s in house team managed the entire design, certification and construction process and the finished result has proved very satisfactory. A tight time frame due to the sale of the existing premises created some challenges – along with the fact that in every case our client’s design and project management requirements remained the No.1 priority. Due to the amount of personal interest by all staff – especially the design staff in house – a large amount of consultation was involved including 3D models of key areas and options. Some examples of these are shown in the image gallery below.

The design team incorporated the very latest in activity based working principles, allowed for the continuing growth of the company and included many ergonomic features such as sit/stand desks, acoustic panels and individually controlled air-conditioning. Multiple use spaces enable much more to be achieved on the allowable footprint.
