02 We come back with budget figures and an initial design that considers all relevant factors from site constraints to regulatory requirements. We apply our knowledge and breakthrough thinking to a solution that’s viable.
Draft design and quotation
03 With agreement, we proceed to submit drawings and firm proposals on your options. Working towards a final solution, our in-house design team can provide 3D renderings and real-time cost impacts of design changes.
04 We provide a ‘Schedule of Works’ at the outset and allocate a Site Project Manager who liaises directly with you. They’re responsible for safety planning and day-to-day operations. Regular site meetings are held and clients are kept informed of progress through regular updates.
05 Depending on the extent of your project, we will outline the most efficient path to gaining approvals from the local authorities. We drive this process hard utilising consultant contacts we have built up over many years.
Handover and ongoing support
06 After project completion and handover, we remain available to help you deal with any maintenance issues or changes required in your workplace. Client satisfaction is our primary goal, without exception.
