| Cyclo is proud to have delivered a contemporary two-storey veterinary clinic for leading Vets of Geelong. We worked closely with family owners to accomplish their innovative ‘superclinic’ vision on a new site.
We managed the entire construction and fit-out project, leaving them to run their current business without disruption. Our knowledgeable team drafted plans, lodged council applications, secured building certificates, negotiated issues of drainage, parking and noise. The clinic includes consulting rooms, surgeries, a grieving room, dog training area, offices and reception flooded with natural light from a double volume atrium space. Using local trades and working through tough Covid-19 lockdowns, we delivered on our ‘make it happen’ commitment. This brilliant, modern clinic now supports the practice owners’ future business growth. |
