A welcoming workplace for an organisation that helps people find a place to call home, bringing comfort and quality to a new office tenancy in Coniston.
Supporting the people behind the service
Housing Trust provides social and affordable rental housing. Its new workplace combines contemporary tiling and quality bathroom finishes with a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for the team and those they welcome.
Resolving the building’s complexities
Cyclo managed design, certification and construction, including the fire safety challenges associated with creating sub-tenancies. These technical requirements formed an important part of adapting the space for its new use.
Keeping delivery on track
Working on the seventh floor of an occupied building, with limited lift access and a tight timeframe, called for careful coordination. Cyclo completed the project on time, with the client recognising the team’s flexibility, attention to detail and support throughout.
