The clinic features separate, dedicated entry doors and waiting areas for cats and dogs, ensuring a stress-free experience right from the moment patients arrive. To accommodate dogs that may feel anxious in traditional clinical settings, there is an outdoor dog waiting area, which also doubles as an alternative consultation and examination space. This thoughtful addition helps minimise anxiety and creates a more relaxed atmosphere for nervous pets.
Inside the clinic, we integrated specialised consultation rooms tailored to the needs of different animals, including a cat-only consultation room and two dog-only consultation rooms. This separation not only enhances the comfort of the animals but also streamlines the workflow for veterinary staff.
In the hospital section, we continued this theme of thoughtful design by incorporating separate cat and dog wards, the holistic approach to design and construction ensures that every element of the clinic enhances the experience for both pets and their owners, while supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the veterinary team.
