Shellharbour Private Hospital is a 54-bed facility providing inpatient care in Illawarra region. Over time, parts of the hospital had become non-compliant and were starting to feel tired for both patients and staff.
Cyclo was engaged to upgrade and refresh these areas while the hospital remained fully operational.
The key challenge was delivering compliant upgrades without interrupting clinical services. Our team staged the works carefully, kept work areas separate from clinical spaces, and stayed in close contact with hospital staff so access, noise and timing could be managed around patients and daily routines.
Throughout the build, our focus stayed on keeping the environment safe, calm and usable for staff and patients. The result is an upgraded, compliant set of spaces delivered with minimal disruption, helping protect patient experience and support staff morale during and after the works.
