St George Vets is a locally owned Sydney practice with deep local roots, operating on its original site since 1946. Cyclo designed the new hospital layout and delivered the full interior fitout to create a modern clinic with better workflow and a warmer feel.
St George Vets had been on the same site since 1946, but decades of “add-ons” left the clinic tired and inefficient. The team wanted to start fresh with a modern hospital.
Cyclo delivered a brand new, warm and inviting fitout designed around day-to-day workflow. From an open reception, the layout naturally leads to consult rooms, through to the pharmacy and lab, following by the main treatment and surgical areas – keeping everything close, logical and efficient for the team.
We focused on sustainable, hard wearing materials that would stand up to real clinic life. Natural light and high ceilings were maximised, with a neutral palette and layered blues for a timeless finish.
The build carried some complexity, including base build rectification and the need to keep services running through a temporary mobile clinic solution.
The result is a light, airy hospital that feels like home the moment you walk in. Most importantly, the response has matched the brief: client and visitor feedback has been fantastic, and the staff now have the room, comfort and energy to do their best work.
