This commercial fitout was completed for a financial business in the Sydney Region. The multi-level fit-out is designed to reward the staff and members as demonstrated in the luxurious member’s lounge where people can catch up with each other or the news and enjoy a coffee.
A range of sections are incorporated into this office facility including the main service area, members lounge, open plan offices, private offices, interview areas, lunch and a staff break area. Each of these elements has been designed to enhance functionality and create an aura of class. The extensive use of black in the non-working areas creates a luxurious feel, while in working areas a utilization of natural light creates a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. The use of a light coloured natural timber through the building retains a sense of cohesiveness overall.
