Cyclo transformed an abandoned site into The Grove Academy's second childcare centre in Dapto in just six months, creating spacious indoor and outdoor environments for children to learn, play and explore.
Transforming the site
The project involved transforming a previously abandoned site into a purpose-built early learning centre. Completed in six months, the new facility expanded The Grove Academy’s presence in Dapto, providing another childcare environment for families in the growing community.
Space for learning and play
Large outdoor areas and spacious playrooms give children room to explore and participate in different activities throughout the day. The centre incorporates creatively designed features that support play, discovery and learning across its indoor and outdoor environments.
A familiar environment
The new centre reflects The Grove Academy’s established approach to early learning environments, with a warm, homely feel and a layout similar to its original Dapto location. Natural outdoor play spaces complement the indoor learning areas, creating a consistent experience for children, families and educators.
