Cyclo Group is committed to the delivery of services and total customer satisfaction in compliance with quality requirement for all of the Company’s activities.
We shall aim to foster and build on a close working relationship with our clients, towards improved understanding, trust and value for their investment; and manage the development and growth of our customer base in a manner that shall maintain stability with our existing customers.
We shall fulfil applicable legislative and regulatory requirements as far as is reasonably practicable; and aim to develop our workers’ integrity and teamwork during toolbox talks towards improving quality workmanship with minimum defects or delays, and at the best value to our customers.
We shall establish relevant quality objectives and targets, monitor our performance and work towards continual improvement in meeting our customer requirements. Cyclo Group management shall ensure that all personnel are actively engaged and committed towards effective implementation of our Integrated Management System.
We shall strive to continually improve our Quality performance and make this Quality policy available to interested parties.
We shall review our policy and objectives to ensure that they remain appropriate and suitable to us at all times.
